Effective Date: June 4, 2026 Palmer Lead Machine is a lead-generation and lead-management service operated by Palmer Roofing Solutions LLC ("Palmer Lead Machine," "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we obtain and use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to information we collect through our website at palmerleadmachine.com, through online advertising (including Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads), and through the software platform we use to manage leads.

1. About our service

Palmer Lead Machine collects sales inquiries ("leads") from people who respond to online advertisements for home-improvement and solar services, and organizes those leads so they can be followed up on promptly. Depending on the campaign, leads are followed up on by Palmer Roofing Solutions LLC and/or by the home-improvement or solar business whose advertisement you responded to (each, a "Business Client"). When we handle a lead on behalf of a Business Client, we act as a service provider to that client.

2. Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry through one of our advertisements or forms, we may collect: Contact details — your name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code. Qualification details you provide — for example, whether you own your home, your approximate average monthly electricity bill, and how much sunlight your home receives. Advertising and technical identifiers — information that helps measure and attribute advertising performance, such as the advertisement, form, and campaign you responded to, and identifiers provided by the advertising platform (for example, a Meta click identifier). We collect this information when you voluntarily submit it — most commonly by completing a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad form or a form on our website.

3. How we obtain information from Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

A core function of our service is receiving leads from Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads through Meta's Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). When you submit a Lead Ad form, Meta notifies our system and we retrieve the information you entered on that form using Meta's leads_retrieval and related permissions. We handle all information obtained through Meta in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

4. How we use your information

We use your information to: Respond to your inquiry and provide the services you requested. Route your inquiry to the Business Client whose advertisement you responded to, and to that company's sales representatives, so they can follow up with you — including by phone call, text message, and email. Schedule and confirm appointments and estimates. Send you communications related to your inquiry. Measure and improve advertising performance, which may include sending conversion and event data back to advertising platforms such as Meta (via Meta's Conversions API) using hashed identifiers. By submitting your information, you consent to be contacted by phone, text, and email about the services you inquired about. You can opt out at any time (see Section 7).

5. How we share your information

We may share your information with: The Business Client whose advertisement generated your inquiry, so they can follow up and provide the requested services. Service providers (sub-processors) that help us operate our platform, under contracts that limit their use of your information to providing services to us. These include cloud database and hosting providers (such as Supabase), email delivery providers (such as SendGrid), telephony providers (such as Twilio), and advertising-measurement services (such as Meta's Conversions API). Legal and safety recipients, where required to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of any person. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to follow up on your inquiry, provide the services you requested, and meet our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion sooner (see Section 7 and our Data Deletion page).

7. Your choices and rights

You have the right to: Access, update, or correct your personal information. Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal or contractual obligations. Opt out of communications at any time — reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us using the details in Section 9. We honor opt-out requests. If your inquiry was generated for a Business Client, that client may also hold a copy of your information; we will pass deletion or opt-out requests along to them where applicable.

8. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit, access controls on stored data, and ongoing monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Cookies and tracking

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, understand traffic, and measure advertising. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Some advertising measurement may rely on identifiers passed from the platform where you saw our advertisement.

10. Children's privacy

Our service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
